INGREDIENTS
1 OZ 1883 PEPPERMINT SYRUP
1.5 OZ DARK CHOCOLATE
16 OZ MILK
MINT
GRATED CHOCOLATE

PREPARATION
Make the dark chocolate by melting 1.5 oz of cooking chocolate in 16 oz of milk.
Leave to cool.
Fill a shaker with ice and add the chocolate and syrup.
Shake vigourously and sieve into a conical glass.
Decorate with a spring of mint and grated chocolate.
