ICED:
12 fl oz
Add 1/3 cup of Big Train mix and 10 fl oz of milk or dairy alternative into a shaker. Shake 30-60 seconds. Pour over ice.
BLENDED:
16 fl oz
Add 2/3 cup of Big Train mix to 6 fl oz of milk or dairy alternative. Add 12 oz of ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
