Classic Hot Fudge Sundae

INGREDIENTS
3 oz Ghirardelli Hot Fudge
2 scoops (8 oz) Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz Whipped Cream
1 tablespoon Almonds, chopped and toasted
1 Marashino Cherry
1 Wafer Cookie

DIRECTIONS
Scoop ice cream into a goblet or waffle bowl.
Top with Ghirardelli Hot Fudge (110-130 ºF) (Make your own Ghirardelli Hot Fudge) Pipe a rosette of whipped cream on top and garnish with chopped toasted nuts, a cherry, and a wafer cookie.

    I'm a Ghirardelli nut when it comes anything they offer. Problem is that live in the Midwest and finding products like this are very hard. Having visited Ghirardelli Square a number of time I was like, "why can't I get this back home?" Well I can and I can tell you this stuff in amazing. it not just for ice cream either. Waffles, cakes, cookies can be decorated with this fudge. Man oh man...good stuff and glad that serioussips.com offers this and many other Ghirardelli chocolate options to the Midwest guy at a price that's nice!
