Cocoa Hazelnut Crust
9.1oz of butter
6.1oz of powdered sugar
12.1oz of AP flour
3.1oz of MAJESTIC COCOA POWDER
2.3oz of hazelnut flour
4.2oz whole eggs
.1oz of fine sea salt
Combine butter with all dry ingredients until sandy dough forms. Add eggs slowly and mix until dough is homogeneous. Refrigerate and roll to 2mm thickness. Form tarts and set in fridge for 30 min. Dock and pre-bake for 8 min at 300 degrees F. Let cool and set aside.
