In a blender, add 1 scoop of MOCAFE™ Organic Dominican Sweet Ground Chocolate to 6 fl. oz. milk or dairy milk substitute, and 12-14 oz. ice. Blend until smooth and serve.

12 oz. Hot Cocoa:

Mix 10oz steamed milk or dairy milk substitute with 4 tablespoons of Organic Dominican Cocoa.

12 oz. Dominican Mocha:

Pour 1-2 shots of espresso on 3 tablespoons of Organic Dominican Cocoa. Mix well and top with 8-10 oz steamed milk or dairy milk substitute.
