INGREDIENTS

1/2 oz. Monin Strawberry Purée
2 oz. fresh orange juice
4 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
Cap and shake vigorously.
Strain into chilled serving glass.
Top with sparkling beverage.
