TURMERIC GINGER ELDERBERRY POPSICLE
INGREDIENTS
2 Turmeric Three RootsTea bags
1 heaping teaspoon dried elderberries
½ teaspoon licorice root
1 teaspoon raw honey
4 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Simmer the elderberries and licorice in 4 cups water in a small pan for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add the teabags and honey. Let steep together for an additional ten minutes. Remove the teabags and pour the liquid through a strainer, reserving the liquid and discarding the boiled herbs. Add ½ cup liquid to small dixie cups. Put in the freezer for about 2.5 hours, inserting a popsicle stick about 1 hour in to the freezing time.
