GINGER LEMON TONIC
INGREDIENTS
2 cups (16 oz) water
2 bags Decaf Ginger Lemon Tea
1-inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled and cut into pieces
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and cut into pieces
¨û to ¨ö tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
Honey or sweetener of choice, to taste (optional)
1.Place water, turmeric, and ginger in a pot on the stove. Bring to a boil.
2.Turn off the heat, add tea bags, cover, and steep for 5 minutes.
3.Remove from stove and strain.
4.Add cayenne pepper and optional sweetener, to taste.
5.Enjoy in good health!
