GOLDEN CHAI TEA SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1½ cups of Numi Golden Chai tea (2 tea bags)
2 cups rice milk (or any milk)
2 cups of pears, very ripe
4-6 large figs, fresh or frozen
1 cup of peaches teaspoon of chia seeds
*optional: passion fruit (for decoration and a bit of extra sweetness)
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Brew the tea and let it infuse into the water for 5-10 minutes. Squeeze bags and remove.
2.Chill in the refrigerator until it cools down (you can also make the tea the night before so you don’t have to wait in the morning!)
3.Mix the tea, milk, fruit, and chia seeds together in the blender, pureeing until the ingredients are smooth.
